Safety belts

Obligation to wear seat belts.
A driver is not allowed to drive a vehicle if he or his passengers are not wearing seat belts.

Everyone in the car should have seat belts - both those in the front and those in the back.

Seat belts are the responsibility of the driver and passengers. The driver must check if the passengers are wearing their seat belt before starting the journey.

Exemption from the obligation to wear a seat belt.

There are several types of seat belt exemptions, these are special cases and require special permits.
There is only one thing to remember:
you do not have to wear a seat belt if you are going backwards (doing "reverse").

Fastening a seat belt is mandatory for all vehicles where it is installed, not only in light vehicles, but also in vehicles such as a tractor.
Seat belts are the responsibility of the driver and passengers.
